2026 Spring Clash Tournament Information

NKCA Baseball Spring Clash Preseason Tournament

** Complete the application by using the link below. Spots are limited with a maximum of 8 teams per age group. Once confirmed as a team who is participating in the tournament, the team will move to the tournament schedule. This tournament is designed for teams participating in the NKCA Baseball Spring Season.
Gate Fee: $5.00 per adult 13 & older. The main gate (south gate) will be the only gate open.

Rules and Format for Spring Clash Only:
- Balls will be provided
- 6 inning ball game
- 9U - 14U
- 1:45 time limit
- 10 run spread after 5 or 4 1/2 innings if home team is ahead
- NKCA pitching rules will be in effect
- 6U - 8U
- 1:20 time limit
- 6 run half innings
- Mathematical spread is in effect after 5 innings of play
- 9U developmental rules will be in effect
- No dropped 3rd strike, batter will automatically be out
- No leading off, can steal once the ball crosses the plate
- No stealing home
- Entire line-up bats regardless of age level
- Flip for home team throughout pool play, then see your bracket set up for determining home team in the championship game
- Games may end in a tie if time limit has expired (other than the championship game), home team may have/complete their at bat once time limit has expired if necessary
- All other league rules will apply
- In the event of a tie in standings, the teams involved in the tie for the championship game will be decided by...

6U - 4 teams
- Top 2 teams will play in championship game, higher seed is home
- Each team will play each other 1x, with a TBD team where different teams, outside the tournament, will play as a 'fill in team' on each night.
7U - 8 Teams
- Each team in their respective pools will play each other 1x
- Winners of each pool will play in a championship game
- Flip for home
8U - 8 Teams
- Each team in their respective pools will play each other 1x
- Winners of each pool will play in a championship game
- Flip for home
9U - 12 teams
- 3 pools
- American divsion
- teams will play in their respective bracket
- Top 2 teams will play in championship game, higher seed is home
- North and West divisions pools
- Each team will play each other 1x, with one pool having a TBD team where different teams, outside the tournament, will play as a 'fill in team' on each night.
- Winners of each pool will play in a championship game

- American divsion
10U - 8 teams
- Each team in their respective pools will play each other 1x
