TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PHOTO DAY

1. Please use the above link to purchase photos before your session and print your receipt to bring it to photo day. A form is needed at picture time to notate your athlete’s image frames. If you cannot print your receipt, we will have filler slips available at the event to write order number and athlete name. A paper form is required of every individually photographed athlete to keep accurate records
2. Cell phone service is not always reliable at all locations, and another reason we recommend ordering from home or work in advance of picture day. You don’t want to be stressed out trying to order last minute at the field.
3. Please be on time for your session. If you are late, we may take the team photo without your child. Arrival time for pictures is 10 minutes BEFORE your appointment.
4. Please be sure a responsible person goes with your child for pictures, so they can make sure we take an individual photo of your child if you order one. If you are sending a grandparent or anyone else with your child on picture day, please either send your printed order receipt or provide a screenshot of the information to your caretaker so we can help them complete the needed paperwork.
5. Our onsite staff are not linked to the payment portal and only know to photograph children with printed order receipts that are turned in to the photographer at picture time. Even if you only order a team, you need to print the receipt and bring it to picture day and turn it in, or complete a filler slip at picture day after ordering online.
6. Those without forms/receipts will only be photographed in the team photo. All athletes, even if not purchasing, are welcome and will be included in the team photo.
7. Before placing an order, confirm that your coach has made a team appointment. If your team is not participating by taking a group photo, but you still want to order individual photos of your child you will need to avoid ordering packages with a memory mate or team photo in them. Athletes coming for pictures without their team, can come any time we will be present at the fields, and don’t need an appointment. Please check the photo schedule, or contact us at cs@legendskc.com to confirm when the Photography crew will be at AJ Wilson.
8. Photos will be mailed to your home in about 4-6 weeks depending on photo lab production times, and USPS. Not everyone will receive their orders the same day including siblings, or teammates. Please be patient and wait a few days for USPS to deliver. Complimentary coach photos will be mailed separate of any individual order you purchase.
